Description
Light, round pebbles of fired clay for the bottom layer of a terrarium. Laid 2 to 4 cm deep under the compost, they keep a space where extra water can collect away from the roots.
The pebbles are 8 to 16 mm across and the resealable bag holds about 4 L, enough for several small terrariums or one large one. It weighs 1.5 kg.

How to use it
Rinse the pebbles you need in a sieve.
Spread them 2 to 4 cm deep in the base of the glass.
Cover with a thin mesh or moss layer, then the compost.
