Addresses outside this list are refused at checkout for the time being.
The cost of delivery
Zero. Small or large, one item or ten, delivery is free and there is no threshold to reach.
Step by step
- Payment goes through and an order confirmation lands in your inbox.
- Within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, outside public holidays) the parcel is packed and collected by the carrier.
- It reaches you 3 to 5 business days later. A tracking link follows by e-mail as soon as it is on its way.
Extra charges on the doorstep
What you pay at checkout covers the goods and getting them to you. Should a carrier ask for more money on delivery, get in touch with us before you pay anything.
When something goes wrong
Still no parcel 5 business days after the expected date, or a box that arrives crushed? Tell contact@miravelleshop.com, giving the order number and, for damage, a picture. We then post a replacement or return your money.
