The seller

How a sale is made
Sending your order means you wish to buy; the sale exists once our confirmation e-mail reaches you. Anything we turn out to be unable to supply is refunded in full.
Price and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars with delivery to our eight countries already included. Payment is taken when the order is placed, by Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
Delivery and returns
Parcels are sent as set out in the shipping policy, and come back as set out in the returns policy. Neither takes away any right the law gives you.
Descriptions and photos
Descriptions come from each item's specifications. Studio photos show the item; plants, props and backdrops in scene photos are not part of the sale.
Looking safely
Never point a telescope, binoculars, magnifier or lens ball at the Sun, and keep lenses and glass balls out of direct sunlight, where they can concentrate heat.
Limit of liability
Where the law permits, what we owe for any order is capped at the amount paid for it.
Which law applies
New Mexico law, USA, governs these terms. Customers living in Europe or the United Kingdom keep every protection that their own country's consumer law makes compulsory.
