Collected with an order

• name, plus delivery and billing addresses;
• e-mail address, and a phone number if you choose to add one;
• the items ordered and the date.

Payments by card or Apple Pay are processed by the payment provider; your full card number never reaches us.

What it is used for

• packing, sending and tracking your parcel;
• replying to you and dealing with returns;
• bookkeeping that the law obliges us to keep.

Nothing is sold to anyone, and no marketing e-mails go out unless you request them.

While you browse

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. The cart lives only in your browser's own storage on this device and disappears when you empty it.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares its IP address with Google to fetch them.

Just the services an order cannot do without: the store platform, the payment provider and the carrier, each limited to that single task.

Kept for

Order records: for the period tax and accounting rules impose. Messages unrelated to an order: two years, then deleted.

What you can ask for

The GDPR and UK GDPR let you see your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, or take a copy with you. Send the request to contact@miravelleshop.com; a reply follows within one month.

If you are unhappy with our answer, the data authority of your country can hear your complaint — the CNIL for France and the ICO for the United Kingdom, among others.
