Ordering and paying
Which cards do you take?
Visa and Mastercard, plus Apple Pay on devices that support it. All prices are in US dollars.
Is there a minimum spend?
No. A single star wheel travels free, just like a telescope.
I made a mistake in my order. Can it be fixed?
Write straight away with the order number. Until the parcel is handed over we can change or cancel it; after that, the 30-day returns take over.
Getting it to you
Where can you send parcels?
France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
How quickly will it arrive?
Within 3 to 5 business days. The shipping page explains each step.
The parcel is late, or arrived broken.
Send the order number, with a picture if something is broken. You choose: a new one sent out, or your money back.
Sending things back
How long can I take to decide?
30 days, counted from the day the parcel reaches you.
What is the first step?
An e-mail naming the order and the item. Our reply gives the return address and packing advice.
When is my refund paid?
As soon as the returned item has arrived and been checked, the money goes back to the card or Apple Pay account that paid.
About the products
Is it safe to look at the Sun with any of these?
No, never. None of our telescopes, binoculars, magnifiers or glass balls is meant for the Sun, and one glance through them can harm your eyes for good.
Do terrariums come planted?
They come empty. Plants seen in the scene photos only show one way of filling them.
Will the phone adapter take my phone?
It grips phones 55 to 95 mm wide, on eyepieces 25 to 48 mm across. A quick measure of your phone settles it.
